We are actively seeking a Business Partner – Human Resources to support managers and advise them on labour relations, administrative management of CNESST files and organizational development.

YOUR TALENTS WILL BE USED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGES:

  • Advise and support managers in the following matters: team mobilization and development strategies, change management, performance and disciplinary files, work climate, prevention of psychological harassment, integration of new employees, training, etc.;
  • Act as a resource person regarding the interpretation and application of collective agreements, monetary aspects, policies, labour laws and grievance process;
  • Participate in regular union/management meetings and aim to establish win-win agreements;
  • Inform and advise employees on the details of group insurance coverage and follow up with employees on disability insurance;
  • Ensure the administrative management of workers’ compensation files and establish cost reduction strategies in CNESST files;
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition – Advisor in various activities related to staffing and workforce planning;
  • Participate and support the activities of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System.

 

OUR IDEAL COLLEAGUE HAS:

  • University degree in Human Resources or other relevant training;
  • Between three (3) and five (5) years experience as a Human Resources Generalist;
  • Excellent knowledge in French, both written and spoken;
  • Good knowledge in English, both written and spoken;
  • Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA) (asset).
