BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the Director – Business Partner Human Resources, the incumbent will be responsible for monitoring the time processing and payroll validation process. He will also be responsible for the administrative monitoring of labour movements in SAP. In support of HR business partners, he will also produce compensation data or statistics on the workforce, necessary for the analysis of various files.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute the time processing process on a daily basis;
  • Act as a resource person for managers and the payroll department regarding the monetary component and the application of the 27 collective agreements in force for;
  • Perform data extraction in SAP to produce various reports;
  • Ensure the administrative management of internal labour movements with respect to working conditions;
  • Train new managers on time approval processes in SAP, FIORI and CONCUR.
  • Ensure the updating of various comparative tables or monitoring of labour relations;
  • Make changes to employee files in SAP;
  • Monitor the integration process of new hires;
  • Participate and support the activities of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree in Human Resources or Administration with a profile in human resources;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in the field of HR, particularly in a unionized environment or similar role;
  • Knowledge of SAP HR software;
  • Ability to work with the Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (advanced), Word (intermediate);
  • Good command of French and English, both spoken and written.
