Salvage of the bulk carrier Halit Bey
A precision operation
Grondines, April 22, 2014 - Two (2) Océan Remorquage Trois-Rivières tugs attended the bulk carrier Halit Bey, arriving from Germany, which ran aground near Grondines following a rudder problem. Once the, inspectors found that there was no spill, the team began its recovery operation. The latter was to take place at precisely 2 p.m , when the tide was at its highest level. The crews of OCEAN BRAVO and OCEAN HERCULES completed the operation successfully so that Halit Bey could reach its destination.
